A Light in the dark
This is a particularly dark year for the queer community, as hate spreads across the globe in a fever pitch of manic proportion.
I'm currently on a hiatus from social media but I had promised everyone a list of Pride themed anime recommendations before the end of the month, I've decided to do that here instead under a separate post.
My whole world has been turned upside down recently and I'm choosing to focus my energy on things I can control like reviewing content to pick out things that will fill me with warmth in the cold.
So look forward to that. It won't be a full review, but it will have as much variety as I can manage. Not everything will be joy focused, queer stories often include incredible pain and misery, but they all deserve to be heard and platformed even the negative ones. I'm only choosing ones I liked though.
